City Tap House is a trendy gastropub and craft beer haven, offering an extensive selection of draft beers and delicious pub fare in a lively and inviting atmosphere. Sour ale consists of various blond ales that were barrel aged up to 12 months, then aged for 8 to 12 months on raspberries and apricot Noyaux. Made entirely with apples and cascade hops from the same landscape, and in some cases the same farms, this cider is a tribute to those things that connect us. Zesty and citrus-y cider crafted with bright red Sicilian blood oranges.

Pairs the spice and depth of Old World hops with fresh, citrusy notes from the New World, rounded out with subtle maltiness and bright acidity. A refreshing and slightly tart cider made with heirloom bittersweet apples, American dessert apples and Ruby Red Grapefruit from the Texas Rio Grande Valley. It is brewed with pale and crystal malts as well as British hops. The Runner has a medium copper color and a gentle bitterness.

Gluten reduced beer for the most adventurous hop heads. Fresh Pear juice and Madagascar Vanilla (for mouth-feel and smoothness) are added to our apple cider post fermentation. This light, refreshing brown ale was infused with real coconut.

Sweet caramel flavor, hints of seasonal spices and a clean, malty finish. English floral hops, subtle malt sweetness and spicy, fruity notes from Belgian yeast make for a balanced yet magical combination. Sweet citrus, flowery herbal and complex spice aromas and flavors. Smooth soft light malt, finishes very dry and clean with an orange tang and some soft herbal complexity. A light-bodied, crisp-drinking, nicely hopped lager.
Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-style golden strong ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish.

Master of Pumpkins conjures the spirit of autumn by combining traditional pie spices with French saison yeast to elicit notes of vanilla, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and honey. Six varieties of American whole flower hops (Centennial, Mosaic, Azacca, Cascade, Chinook, Citra) pack bold and juicy flavors into this crisp, drinkable lager.
Prism is a new, ongoing series created to reflect classic and experimental hop varietals through the form of dry-hopped saison. Like beer slowly fermenting in a tank, our food is prepared with equal parts precision and patience. Gypsy Tart is a Flanders-style brown ale, with a California touch.
A Belgian Flanders Style Red Ale refermented with a sweet blend of fresh whole Northwest cherries. Mash-up of a kolsch, a gose, and a tart berliner weiss brewed with black limes, sour lime juice and sea salt. Hop-forward with varying degrees of bitterness & aroma.
Taste of sweet caramel malt, light corn and bready, light hop bitterness and lager yeast. Bold, spicy, with a sharp, sourish edge added by fermentations that plays into the caramel sweet malt deliciously and creates interplay with citrus accented hops. Hoppy and light with a tingly mouthfeel and fruity hop characteristics—perfect for the hophead and hop-averse. Think Hawaiian fruit punch with citrus and noticeable tartness on the nose.
Well-balanced, full-bodied blend of a strong English porter and a Germanic black lager. Intense mix of malts and hops, flavors of chocolate, coffee, and caramelized sugar. Our most popular beer, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful interpretation of a classic style. It has a deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Generous quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor. Caramelized malty and spicy aromas redolent of cinnamon, allspice, black currant, black licorice.

In the tradition of 18th Century brewers who supplied the court of Russia’s Catherine the Great. A rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish. Constructed using Maris Otter, 2-Row, Flaked Oats, and Acidulated Malt. Mosaic & Simcoe hops were added to the boil and the beer was dry-hopped with Amarillo & Mosaic. Rich notes of fruit and spice and a beautifully dry finish in this deceptively big Belgian-style tripel.
